Lowbeck Services began life as Oilanheat (Maintenance) Ltd in 1956 and we are proud to say that even today we can still name clients who have stayed with us since from the beginning.

Lowbeck Services offers design and installation of all M&E equipment, which is the backed up by full maintenance and Facilities Management Services for all types of need. A full life service, for all our installs from basic annual maintenance on one off air conditioning and boiler units, to weekly/monthly visits, on full pre planned maintenance regime for plant rooms in offices and factories. Additionally, condition based maintenance and asset management are just part of the overall services that we deliver.

As an installation project finishes, many of our clients retain our services to ensure that their investment in the systems and equipment is maximised by maintenance regime that will extend the useful life of the building and all its systems. To that end our maintenance contracts include the following:

- Planning preventative maintenance of all engineering services and equipment - Provision of a management service controlling all the appropriate sub contractor activity - Performance testing - in line with legislation and client requirement - Carrying out energy audits and providing recommendations on how to reduce consumption and costs - Useful Life and asset management reports
